At the heart of the conference infrastructure stands the Casino — Conference Centre, an Italian Neo-Renaissance building dating from 1867. Its halls — from the magnificent Marble Hall seating 450 theatre-style to intimate salons for 20 guests — create an environment that no purpose-built convention centre can replicate. Crystal chandeliers, original frescoes, marble columns and a cast-iron outdoor terrace elevate any gathering from routine to remarkable.

The Casino is linked by internal corridors to three Ensana hotels — Nové Lázně, Centrální Lázně and Hvězda — so delegates walk from their rooms to the conference hall without stepping outside. Additional meeting spaces at the Nové Lázně, Hvězda, Butterfly and Pacifik hotels bring the total to 10 halls and conference rooms.
